Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training & Development Lead for Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage onboarding, compliance, and continuous learning programs for Support roles
- Create and maintain high-quality learning assets and administer the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Define and report on key performance indicators to measure training effectiveness and drive improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Support Training within a SaaS environment
- Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Strong program management skills, including managing calendars and cross-functional dependencies
- Data-driven approach with experience in interpreting operational metrics
- Familiarity with LMS and authoring tools, as well as experience in defining competency frameworks
