Training Development Specialist

Job Summary

Leveraging instructional design expertise, the remote Training Development Specialist will create engaging e-learning modules, collaborate with subject matter experts, and drive the adoption of the Integrated Skills Development Tool Suite in a 7-month contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality, interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360, Adobe, and Microsoft tools
• Transform complex subject matter into clear, effective training resources tailored for specific user profiles
• Conduct SME interviews, perform user testing, and iterate training materials based on stakeholder feedback

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or workforce training
• Mastery of e-learning development tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe, and Microsoft suite
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and change management
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Training, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Proven ability to rapidly develop concise, interactive training modules focused on operational workflows
