Training Development Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting Medical Safety and Global Development business processes, the fully remote Training Development & Deployment Specialist will manage project plans, oversee content management and compliance training development, and ensure effective training deployment within the Quality Management System framework.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage project plans, tasks, schedules, and deliverables for training development and deployment
• Perform project management across the entire life cycle, from content development to training deployment in the Learning Management System
• Identify target audiences and develop training materials in compliance with regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in training development
• Experience deploying training through SUMMIT Learning Management System or similar platforms
• Proficient in managing the life cycle of documents and content
• Skilled in process modeling software such as Visio or Lucidchart
• Proficient in MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
