Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Training Development Specialist will create, deliver, and implement training curricula, ensuring a smooth transition for newly hired employees from the learning environment to their roles.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and facilitate training resources, including classes and online learning tools, to meet business needs
  • Maintain individual employee training records and conduct training needs assessments to enhance the corporate training program
  • Collaborate with leadership to analyze workforce performance and prescribe additional training as necessary
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, adult education, instructional design, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in training facilitation, content design, and instructional design within a corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of Learning Management and Content Creation systems
  • Familiarity with instructional design and Adult Learning Theory
  • Proven ability to complete an entire training cycle and effectively facilitate training for diverse audiences
