Training & Development Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise user enablement and training development, the full-time remote Training & Development Specialist (M365 & Teams Services) will create and maintain training materials and documentation for Microsoft 365, focusing on Purview compliance features and Microsoft Teams Phone capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials and user documentation for Microsoft Purview and Teams Phone capabilities
• Create content that drives user understanding of data classification, secure collaboration practices, and supports enterprise G5 adoption efforts
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate system configurations into user-friendly guidance and support organizational change management activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of related professional experience
• Experience in training development, documentation, or user enablement for enterprise systems
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content
• Experience supporting enterprise software adoption or rollout efforts
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
