Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth for the Assurance Americas training division by meeting revenue, margin, and profit targets
- Manage the training portfolio and develop marketing and sales plans in collaboration with other departments
- Implement best practices to enhance the quality of training development and delivery across Assurance Americas
Required Qualifications:
- Experience managing a P&L for training businesses, including sales and budget control
- Ability to work in a multi-functional environment and influence priorities across international offices
- Proven business planning experience, including contract negotiation and portfolio management
- Expertise in sales and marketing of e-learning and distance learning products
- Experience in cost management for training businesses
