Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth for the Assurance Americas training division by meeting revenue, margin, and profit targets
  • Manage the training portfolio and develop marketing and sales plans in collaboration with other departments
  • Implement best practices to enhance the quality of training development and delivery across Assurance Americas
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience managing a P&L for training businesses, including sales and budget control
  • Ability to work in a multi-functional environment and influence priorities across international offices
  • Proven business planning experience, including contract negotiation and portfolio management
  • Expertise in sales and marketing of e-learning and distance learning products
  • Experience in cost management for training businesses
