Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Enablement Manager to lead training infrastructure and learning initiatives for employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for vendors regarding training enablement programs
  • Oversee management of the Learning Management System (LMS) and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and implement internal certification programs and manage training requests
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development or training operations
  • Minimum of 3 years managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Docebo
  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships and training partnerships
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
