Training Event Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Event Specialist to join their remote Learner Experience team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, logistics, delivery, registration, learning management system updates, reporting, and live session operational support for learning programs/events
• Utilize technology to enhance the learner experience and establish effective networks to implement L&D programs
• Manage event logistics, maintain project economics, and troubleshoot and problem solve on a real-time basis

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in event management or a similar role
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or comparable systems
• Project management experience and clear and concise writing skills
• Experience with onsite or virtual event delivery and basic-level project management skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
