Training Instructor

Job Summary

To enhance training initiatives, the full-time remote Training Instructor will design and deliver training programs, conduct needs assessments, and develop educational materials for revenue cycle and non-revenue cycle employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists in designing and conducting corporate training focused on revenue cycle complex claims education
• Collaborates with leadership to determine training objectives and creates engaging training programs
• Facilitates instruction for diverse audiences using various modalities, including classroom and e-learning settings

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of healthcare experience with knowledge of the revenue cycle
• Experience with claims such as Worker's Compensation, Veterans Administration, or Medicaid preferred
• 1 year of relevant technical and/or revenue cycle training experience preferred
• Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office and patient accounting software
