Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training Lead to design and execute an enterprise-wide training strategy for a new automated Travel Management System.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, role-based training strategy aligned to system design and deployment
- Design and develop tailored training materials and conduct training needs assessments for various traveler types
- Lead live and virtual training sessions, ensuring alignment with operational nuances and providing post-go-live support
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading enterprise training initiatives for ERP or SaaS implementations
- Experience delivering training in federal or highly regulated environments
- Experience with SAP Concur or comparable travel and expense systems
- Proven ability to develop role-based training programs for large organizations (2,000+ users)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
