Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Lead to design and execute an enterprise-wide training strategy for a new automated Travel Management System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, role-based training strategy aligned to system design and deployment
  • Design and develop tailored training materials and conduct training needs assessments for various traveler types
  • Lead live and virtual training sessions, ensuring alignment with operational nuances and providing post-go-live support
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading enterprise training initiatives for ERP or SaaS implementations
  • Experience delivering training in federal or highly regulated environments
  • Experience with SAP Concur or comparable travel and expense systems
  • Proven ability to develop role-based training programs for large organizations (2,000+ users)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
