Training Lead

Job Summary

To support the Veteran and Family Member Program (VFMP) modernization efforts, the full-time Training Lead will plan, create, and deliver training to ensure workforce adoption of new processes and software, while conducting evaluations to measure learning outcomes, with remote work anticipated and occasional travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training plans and materials, including audiovisual media, for new processes and software
• Deliver instructor-led and web-based training events for the VA workforce
• Analyze learning needs and conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training and support workforce adoption

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in planning, creating, and delivering training in various formats
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience developing training materials for new systems or process rollouts
• Proven ability to conduct training evaluations and measure learning outcomes
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
