Training Lead

Job Summary

To support the Veteran and Family Member Program (VFMP) modernization efforts, the full-time Training Lead will plan, create, and deliver training to ensure workforce adoption of new processes and software, utilizing both instructor-led and web-based formats while measuring the effectiveness of learning outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training plans and materials, including presentations and audiovisual media, to support the adoption of new systems
• Deliver training events for the VA workforce and analyze learning needs to create effective training modules
• Conduct evaluations to measure transfer of learning and maintain records of training completion and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in planning, creating, and delivering training via various formats
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in developing training materials for new systems or software rollouts
• Ability to conduct training evaluations and measure learning outcomes
• Experience supporting complex projects within the federal government
