Training Lead / Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs, the full-time remote Training Lead / Instructional Designer will prepare healthcare professionals and government stakeholders to adopt new technology solutions, collaborating closely with various teams to create engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs
• Develop curriculum, facilitator guides, participant guides, and other learning resources
• Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate training schedules, logistics, and delivery activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Five years of experience in designing and delivering technical training for enterprise technology implementations
• Experience with adult learning principles and instructional systems design methodologies
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Articulate Storyline, and Learning Management Systems
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
