Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training Lead - Organizational Change Management (OCM).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end training strategy, design, delivery, and assessment aligned with OCM objectives
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop role-based curricula, training materials, and learning paths
- Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, surveys, and performance metrics; refine content as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in training design, delivery, and assessment
- 5+ years of experience supporting OCM initiatives on large-scale projects
- Proven experience leading training for system implementations (ERP, CRM, Eligibility Systems, etc.)
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
