A company is looking for a Training Lead - Knowledge Expert - Voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Speech Experts to enhance AI training datasets
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality annotation guidelines for speech aesthetics
• Design and implement quality assurance processes for speech annotation and supervise direct annotation efforts

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in speech, audio engineering, or related fields
• Deep expertise in speech aesthetics, audio fidelity, and emotional nuance
• Prior annotation experience, preferably in a leadership role at AI Labs
• Familiarity with high-quality listening equipment
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences
