Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Manager to oversee training and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess employee skills and performance against established standards and identify training needs
• Oversee the administration of the learning management system (LMS) and coordinate training delivery
• Supervise the development and work of the Training Specialist

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of three years managing training programs in a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Experience in evaluating and developing training courses and materials
• Prior experience or certification with Learning Management Systems (LMS) required
• Associate's and/or bachelor's degree preferred
• Train the Trainer Certificate or other training certification preferred
