Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Manager responsible for the operational execution of training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end program execution, ensuring reliable timelines, defined roles, and documented workflows
• Design and maintain systems for trainer management, Zoom moderation, and local organizer coordination
• Lead and delegate tasks to remote support staff while tracking performance and accountability

Required Qualifications

• Experience in operational ownership of complex programs with multiple stakeholders
• Background in continuing or professional education, workforce development, or corporate learning roles
• Proven ability to design or rebuild operational systems for improved reliability and scalability
• Experience managing and leading program or administrative support staff
• Strong understanding of systems thinking and program execution
