Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for various levels within the organization
  • Lead and manage a team of training specialists, providing guidance and mentorship
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized solutions

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience in leading a global team
  • 3+ years of experience in a training management role in a call center or customer service environment
  • 2+ years experience with e-learning platforms and training management systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
