Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Manager (Remote in US).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead training teams to deliver impactful learning experiences during new program launches
• Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee the design and delivery of diverse training programs, including eLearning and blended solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in training management or a similar leadership role
• 2+ years of experience in developing training curriculums for new program launches
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools
• Experience in training transformation projects and program development for system implementations is preferred
