Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Training to assist in training and quality assurance for the Home Energy Services division.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and administer comprehensive technical sales training programs for sales channels
• Facilitate engaging technical sales training and assess its effectiveness through evaluations and performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to schedule and deliver training sessions and manage knowledge-based materials

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree with 12 years of experience or a bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in solar and battery sales and/or training
• Demonstrated outstanding solar sales skills and results
• Ability to influence effectively and work with cross-functional teams
• Self-driven with superior organizational skills and integrity
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
