Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Training to oversee training and quality assurance for the Home Energy Services division.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and administer technical sales training programs for direct and indirect sales channels
• Facilitate engaging training sessions to enhance product delivery and customer experience
• Assess training effectiveness and collaborate with Field Application Engineers to ensure content relevance

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree with 12 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in solar and battery sales/training
• Demonstrated outstanding solar sales skills and results
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven with superior organizational skills and integrity
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
