Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Trainer to oversee training programs and enhance the learning experience across various geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Global training department and oversee project delivery and strategic initiatives
  • Lead the Global Training Office, providing direction to junior management and personnel
  • Design and implement training support systems and learning strategies in collaboration with leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in a training environment
  • BA/BS in Education, Business, or Communications
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms
  • Experience with budgeting and P&L management
