Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Training to oversee training and quality assurance for the Home Energy Services division.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and administer technical sales training programs for direct and indirect sales channels
• Facilitate engaging training sessions to enhance product delivery expectations and customer experience
• Assess training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to optimize learning outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree with 12 years of experience, including 9+ years in solar and battery sales/training, or a bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in solar and battery sales/training
• Demonstrated outstanding solar sales skills and results
• Strong ability to influence and work with customers cross-functionally
• Self-driven with superior organizational skills and integrity
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
