Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Train-the-Trainer programs for management
• Collaborate with internal partners to create and deliver course content
• Conduct needs assessments to identify performance gaps and implement training best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred
• 5 or more years of experience in a training supervisory or corporate training role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning software like Articulate
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Certification from talent and training associations is a plus
