Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Manager to supervise a Training Team and deliver training programs across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff, manage performance goals, and conduct evaluations of trainer proficiency
  • Identify training needs and prioritize activities based on departmental goals and timelines
  • Develop and implement a Quality Assurance program for agent staff development and monitor business processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6 years of experience in education, training, account/client management, or project management
  • 2 years of leadership/management experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
