Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Training to define and implement training strategies for client onboarding and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute scalable learning solutions aligned with business objectives and client needs
• Manage the Training team and oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) for continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create impactful training initiatives that enhance client engagement and retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of training management experience in a relevant field
• 7+ years of experience in a client-facing role in education or training
• Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and operations
• Technically competent with various software programs including Microsoft Office and LMS
