Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Training to define and implement training strategies for client onboarding and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute scalable learning solutions aligned with business objectives and client needs
- Manage the Training team and oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) for continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create impactful training initiatives that enhance client engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of training management experience in a relevant field
- 7+ years of experience in a client-facing role in education or training
- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and operations
- Technically competent with various software programs including Microsoft Office and LMS
