Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Service Line Training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the performance and development of training instructors and manage training delivery for new hires and existing teammates
  • Implement simulation-based and adaptive learning approaches to enhance training effectiveness and ensure readiness for production environments
  • Conduct evaluations of training programs and continuously refine training paths based on data and learner analytics
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience
  • 5-7 years' experience delivering training in a corporate environment
  • 1-3+ years' experience developing curriculum and instructional content
  • Experience building training programs toward self-paced and technology-enabled models
  • Experience using data and analytics to drive improvements in training effectiveness
