Job Summary
To support the overall business strategy, the fully remote Training Manager will manage the global training department, oversee the creation and implementation of training materials, and ensure the effective delivery of learning solutions across various geographies.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the Global Training Office department, providing direction to junior management and personnel
- Design and implement learning strategies in collaboration with Geo and Central Leadership Teams to meet training needs
- Conduct ongoing assessments of training programs to ensure quality and continuous improvement
Required qualifications:
- BA/BS in Education, Business, or Communications
- 6-8 years of experience in a training environment
- Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing team
