Training Manager

Job Summary

To drive operational excellence, the full-time remote Training Manager will design, implement, and evaluate training programs while collaborating with department leaders to address skill gaps and enhance workforce capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive training curricula, including onboarding and leadership development programs
• Conduct training needs analyses and provide consultative support to managers on performance improvement strategies
• Manage training project timelines, resources, and communications for training events and campaigns

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in training & development, with at least 2 years in an operations or service environment
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering multi-format training programs
• Strong instructional design skills with proficiency in adult learning principles
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and Microsoft Office Suite
