Job Summary

Leading a team of Regional Sales Trainers, the full-time salaried Training Manager - Rheumatology will design and deliver training programs to enhance field capabilities and performance while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead field coaching strategies to improve execution quality and commercial performance
• Design and deliver franchise-specific training content and learning pathways
• Coach and develop Regional Sales Trainers to strengthen facilitation and business impact

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry or 2+ years of sales training or coaching experience
• Strong understanding of field execution and commercial performance drivers
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
