Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Manager who will oversee onboarding and development of Sales, Service, and Claims teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate training programs for new hires and existing team members
• Deliver tailored training sessions both virtually and in-person
• Develop and maintain training materials and assessments to ensure comprehension and retention

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering training in a professional setting
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Minimum of 2 years of frontline experience within the relevant department
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
