Job Summary

As a full-time remote Training Operations Associate II, the successful candidate will manage high-volume onboarding and training content for provider networks, facilitate training sessions, and serve as a primary liaison for providers to enhance their experience and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities
  • Facilitate live and asynchronous training sessions while managing logistics and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for providers, ensuring high-quality customer service and addressing technical pain points
  • Identify gaps in training workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in operations, provider relations, or customer service
  • Fluency in Google Suite; experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, and WorkRamp is preferred
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams autonomously
  • A genuine passion for supporting clinicians in their learning and development
