Training Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support the growth of Therapy programs, the full-time remote Training Operations Associate II will manage high-volume onboarding and training content, facilitate training sessions, and serve as a primary liaison for providers to ensure a seamless operational experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and moderate live and asynchronous training sessions, managing agendas and troubleshooting technical issues
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing module setup and driving engagement through automated communications
• Identify gaps in training workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions for provider onboarding

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, provider relations, or customer service
• Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with Salesforce, WorkRamp, and Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams autonomously
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
• A genuine passion for supporting clinicians in their development and enhancing their experience
