Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Delivery Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and customer support for training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with student registrations, instructor and affiliate documentation, and scheduling support
  • Provide customer support for training inquiries and resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with logistics for training courses and instructor onboarding
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in scheduling, administrative coordination, or training operations
  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Contact Center
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to interpret policies and manage multiple stakeholders
