Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training Delivery Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and customer support for training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with student registrations, instructor and affiliate documentation, and scheduling support
- Provide customer support for training inquiries and resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records and assist with logistics for training courses and instructor onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in scheduling, administrative coordination, or training operations
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Contact Center
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to interpret policies and manage multiple stakeholders
