Training Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing training operations remotely, the full-time salaried Training Operations Program Manager will oversee governance meetings, manage development projects and learning management system initiatives, and analyze learning metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support coordination of Governance and Community of Practice meetings, including agenda management and stakeholder communication
• Act as Project Manager for development and learning-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
• Collect and analyze learning metrics, creating dashboards and reports to display key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in training operations, project management, or related roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
• Proficiency in LMS platforms, SharePoint, and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and create actionable insights
• Experience in supporting audits and inspections is a plus
