Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content and Training Principal in Client Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve training content within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Create engaging learning materials, including modules, job aids, videos, and assessments
  • Establish and manage a structured content library to support scalability across the Client Services organization
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in training and development within a customer operations or service environment
  • Experience creating training materials for Customer Service or Client Services teams, preferably in regulated industries
  • Hands-on experience administering or managing a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
