Training Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training and Enablement Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Operationalize the enablement roadmap and maintain the enablement calendar
• Manage LMS and CMS ecosystems, including content organization and performance tracking
• Define enablement metrics and report insights to leadership on program impact

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enablement, training operations, or program management in a B2B SaaS environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives
• Experience with LMS/CMS tools and familiarity with CRM and GTM systems
• Advanced organizational and project management skills
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform actions
