Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training Program Manager who will oversee the design, development, and delivery of customer training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of customer enablement programs, including content development and quality management
- Manage project schedules for training initiatives and ensure customer-facing content is organized and up-to-date
- Represent the company as a product expert through high-impact demonstrations and customer advocacy initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, instructional design, training, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Significant experience (5+ years) in instructional design or training program development
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training content for diverse audiences
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
- High degree of comfort with technology and e-learning tools, particularly Rise and Storyline
