Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Program Manager who will oversee the design, development, and delivery of customer training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the execution of customer enablement programs, including content development and quality management
  • Manage project schedules for training initiatives and ensure customer-facing content is organized and up-to-date
  • Represent the company as a product expert through high-impact demonstrations and customer advocacy initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, instructional design, training, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Significant experience (5+ years) in instructional design or training program development
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training content for diverse audiences
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
  • High degree of comfort with technology and e-learning tools, particularly Rise and Storyline
