Training Program Manager

Job Summary

To empower the global workforce in the AI era, the full-time salaried Training Program Manager will develop and execute skilling plans, collaborating with customers to analyze training needs and cultivate strong relationships to drive adoption of Microsoft technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to create comprehensive skilling plans focused on AI and Microsoft technologies
• Build strong relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable strategies
• Manage a robust pipeline of training opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and customer needs

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent AND 3+ years experience in relevant fields, or Bachelor's degree AND 5+ years experience in similar roles
• 10+ years of broad business experience in learning & development, technical training, or program/project management
• Familiarity with Microsoft products, cloud, and AI services, along with experience in delivering training across technical domains
• Proven track record in driving large-scale enablement programs and meeting skilling targets
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously
