Training Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing learning projects and portfolios, the full-time Training Project Manager will support the implementation of safety projects related to the Company's Safety Management System, ensuring workforce compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements in a remote capacity with occasional travel to Irwindale or Chino, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to the Enterprise Learning & Development group to ensure workforce safety and compliance
• Close performance gaps and implement solutions to enhance organizational performance
• Oversee training curriculum maintenance and new development to align with safety and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Instructional Design
• Experience in implementing training initiatives across diverse operating units and assessing their effectiveness
• Proven ability to make data-driven recommendations and execute complex initiatives
• Experience collaborating with business leaders and subject matter experts to deliver training recommendations
• Ability to define training project requirements and manage execution while navigating obstacles
