Training Project Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Project Specialist (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination, reporting, and change enablement support for the cloud training program
• Coordinate cloud training activities, including learner assignment, enrollment support, and completion tracking
• Build and maintain advanced tracking and performance dashboards, and produce data-driven status updates and presentations

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, Power Query preferred) and Tableau (dashboard development)
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Excel and Tableau
• Experience supporting large-scale training or change efforts within an enterprise program
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders and translate data into actionable insights
• Change management experience and familiarity with PROSCI ADKAR is a plus
