Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training & Knowledge Transfer QA Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Support FAA-directed labor training
Develop materials to ensure redundancy and skills transfer
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent work experience
FAA/NAS Training Development experience
Experience developing QA curriculum
Prior FAA Academy Coordination experience is a plus
US Citizenship required
