Training Sales Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Salesperson to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Prospect and generate new business through existing clients, networking, and referrals
• Conduct needs assessments and present training programs to clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in training sales
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Training in Sales in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) Sector is preferred
