Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training Scheduler to manage and coordinate training schedules across various programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and maintain training schedules for classroom, virtual, and eLearning formats
- Handle customer inquiries and administrative support related to training schedules and registrations
- Manage onsite training logistics, instructor quality, and track material orders
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling, administrative coordination, or training operations
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Contact Center
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
