Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Services Account Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow customer relationships while selling training and certification offerings
• Negotiate contracts and manage sales forecasts, quotes, and proposals
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide thought leadership on training offerings

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and business management experience with a proven record of achievement
• Experience with customer relationship management systems like SFDC
• Strong client interaction experience and in-person customer-facing skills
• Understanding of the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Experience with learning management systems
