Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Services Account Specialist 3.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow existing business relationships and acquire new business by selling training and certification offerings
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts, and manage forecasts and renewals of training subscriptions
  • Act as a subject matter expert on training and certification, providing thought leadership and support to internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales and business management experience with a proven record of achievement
  • Experience partnering with sales teams and working autonomously to drive growth within accounts
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or an equivalent customer relationship management system
  • Familiarity with office suites, including Google Workspace/G-Suite and Microsoft Office/365
  • Experience with learning management systems
