Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist to support user readiness and training delivery for an enterprise SaaS modernization effort.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead training and organizational change management activities for an enterprise SaaS implementation
• Develop and deliver role-based training materials and support various training sessions
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with system functionalities and user roles

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in training, organizational change management, or instructional support for IT systems
• Experience in developing role-based training and virtual training sessions
• Practical understanding of stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, client-facing environment
