Training Specialist

Job Summary

To support impactful AI adoption initiatives, the contract Training Specialist will develop high-quality learning content and deliver engaging training experiences primarily in a remote setting, with occasional travel, while advising nonprofit and intergovernmental organizations on responsible technology use.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own skilling content, including courses and workshops, focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot and related technologies
• Produce engaging instructional video content from concept to publication, including tutorials and on-demand learning series
• Advise partners on responsible AI adoption and change management strategies tailored to nonprofit operations

Required qualifications

• Direct experience working with nonprofit or public sector organizations
• Hands-on experience with video production tools and learning content platforms
• Demonstrated experience leading skilling or enablement programs at scale
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot and instructional design
• Experience advising organizations on change management and AI policy
