Training Specialist

Job Summary

To drive user readiness and adoption of technology products, the full-time remote Training Specialist will assess training needs, develop scalable learning solutions, and deliver engaging training experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with project teams to define training needs and develop standard training across various products
• Create and maintain diverse training materials, utilizing multiple delivery methods to enhance user confidence and product utilization
• Deliver live training sessions and serve as a train-the-trainer leader, ensuring effective presentation and training quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Information Technology, Business, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software training or instructional design, preferably in dynamic environments
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners and subject matter experts
• Strong technical writing skills with experience creating user-focused training materials
• Experience delivering various training formats, including instructor-led training and eLearning modules
