Training Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Training Specialist to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for leading role-based learning, organizational change support, and stakeholder engagement activities for a Department of Veterans Affairs Pega Cloud modernization effort.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Training and Change Management Plan, including training matrices and delivery schedules
• Conduct training-needs analysis and design role-specific learning paths and materials
• Deliver virtual instructor-led training sessions and maintain training records and user feedback

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or organizational change management
• Experience designing and delivering role-based virtual training and instructional materials
• Practical understanding of stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment
• Ability to translate system functionality and workflows into clear learning products
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
